What are the best aspects of this product?
I have used Outreach in 2 different sales organizations, and I can’t imagine my work without this tool. The implementation is easy and you can quickly sync email and Salesforce accounts. Also, you can easily bulk upload contacts, create email templates, A/B test and structure the templates into sequences. In addition, the customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing I can think of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to better manage our small sales team, it helps us to test various subject lines and email templates, and it provides us with reply rates and optimization for the performances. We are able to drive more meetings and this leads more revenue.
