PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Outreach has become my benchmark on how user-friendly applications should work. From sequencing to content sharing, every task is a no-brainer. On top of this, Outreach integrates smoothly with Salesforce, allowing me to respond to calls received from the external platform without moving from one webpage to another.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platfrom has a great deal of room for improvement in terms of reporting and providing a better context of what the data means, how it affects our business, and how we can use them to our advantage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Although I have yet to fully explore its features, Outreach has helped me reach out to a wider audience while maintaining a personal or human touch to the emails. It gives me outcomes on the campaigns although as mentioned it would be more helpful if they could be more thorough and made relevant. Its integration with Salesforce is a great bonus.
