What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it offers research marketing reports. Keeping tabs on CEO contacts. Private financial updates on companies. Researching businesses has never been this stress-free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you're setting up an account which keep tracks of a certain competitor set, then make a switch. Go for the ones I've seen ]which involves preserving details on what you've originally set up. This translates to your dataset to be blocked by competitors that you're no longer in need of. One workaround I've found is by creating another account and starting right back from scratch with a fresh criteria.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm getting insights of my competitor's activity. I couldn't do this with older tools. From what I can see, I seem to find CEO rankings really valuable. They contextualize what people are thinking against competitor leaders.
