What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does not offer many slots for the executives of a company. For example, in this tool, you will only find content or details about the CEO and not for other executives that run a company. It would be better if they provided more slots or information for other executives. As for the listing of companies you are supposed to compare, they are very few. This limits you in term of the extent of analysis or comparison of those companies. The fact that it is to include LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter in their viewer, it makes it difficult to view all those platforms, in a single page, as you have to switch now and then. The mobile app version is not available as they removed it which has affected my score negatively.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
