What are the best aspects of this product?
I love its unique features such as rotations, on-call assignments, and service groups! Its interface is user-friendly and the integrations makes our work easier and seamless. It also provides a list of providers which comes in handy for us in dealing with issues. It's a robut system! No downtime, no issues at all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm not sure why they sometimes changes the user interface making it less intuitive. I also hope that when they do this, they will give us an option to return to the old interface.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to manage on-call schedules and aggregate notifications without having to hire an expert.
