What are the best aspects of this product?
Setting up PagerDuty is so easy! Its integrations with the softwares we're using in our company is seamless and definitely improves the way we do things. It's also customizable which makes scheduling more on point. I also love the post-mortem feature that allows us to keep records of previous incidents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
PagerDuty's iOS app doesn't have enough customization control. I think all the mobile apps need improvement -- in the controls and the interface.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It improved our visibility. It also keeps us alert whenever there's an issue in one of our apps that needs resolving. We get alerted by the app even before our clients do.
