Some commendable features of PagerDuty includes it's lightweight, seamless integration with other essential apps such as Slack and Hubot, and on-call information triggers. PagerDuty has been an essential tool in our company since day one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Overall, it'sa good app, but I don't like the manual trigger resolution auto-feature.
