What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that this app is customizable! It allows me to customize the settings based on my preference such as frequency and format of notification. I also love its integration with various software! All of these for a reasonable price!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit complex so it might take a little while for one to lear it. I would suggest more training for users!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its integration with our monitoring system is extremely helpful for us especially its alert system when an issue arises.
