PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about PagerDuty is its integration with other apps that we also needed in our business. Through this app, we were able to: manage shift schedule efficiently, add and remove resources from the schedule, generate analytics for various tickets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app is not easy for beginners especially the scheduling feature. Good thing, there are video guides avaiable to help one get used to it. We also experience some issues when it comes to timezones because it's not intuitive. I hope they'd fix it soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer miss any incidents now that we're using PagerDuty. The integrations also alloow our non-technical staff to take control of PagerDuty tickets.
