The seamless integration with third party apps is awesome! Because of these integrations, we are promptly alerted for any issue within our system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have to use the API to search for incidents. I wish they would change this because it's a bit of a hassle. The integration keys requires an existing user to function, and this is not actually helpful in recreating bots.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It improved our team's efficiency by creating escalation for teams and scheduling call hours for our engineers. It's great!
