What are the best aspects of this product?
I find its ability to integrate with multiple softwares really useful for our company since we utilize a lot of apps in our operations. We're able to be alerted on any changes in our system and any of our team members can respond to it in no time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no issues with PagerDuty! It's an awesome software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
On-call scheduling to deal with alerts are extremely helpful for us so that we could respond to it immediately. PagerDuty helps us do that! It reduces cases wherein we respond to an issue a little too late. I also find it helpful that PagerDuty is accessible in any browser therefore allowing us to work remotely.
