This is a great tool that helps us manage and improve the services we provide our clients by extensive incident reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would provide more control for the users to change the scale of the incident reports to allow our company manage the distribution of tasks among our workers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps our company a lot when it comes to incident management! We're now able to respond to issues remotely and even after business hours.
