Here are the things I love about PagerDuty: simple user interface, effective notification and alerts, easy setup process, user-friendly mobile app, easy customization of settings, and reliable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There was an incident where I was not alerted of any issues because of a bug in their system. It was resolved right away.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This app helps us make sure that all issues are alerted to us. We no longer miss any issue and we're also able to organize on-call schedule all through this app.
