This is a high-performing tool that improves our way of managing software and system incidents. It notifies our team whenever there's an issue that needs resolving and it allows us to get on it immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a bit pricey and the functions are not that flexible to the needs of the user.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It keeps us aware of the issues in our servers! We're a big company so it's not easy to manage this kind of stuff even if we have a dedicated team to do it. But thanks to PagerDuty, it's now a piece of cake.
