Some of the best things about PagerDuty are its ability to: (1) assign member schedules; (2) systematize issue resolutions; (3) facilitate internal communications; and (4) prompt notification of incident reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they should improve on the mobile app version of this software because it's a bit slow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It automates our operations! Thanks to PagerDuty, we no longer have to do our monitoring, updating, and reporting manually.
