What are the best aspects of this product?

Panopta is not that complicated to learn that is why we decided to keep using it to monitor our systems. It helps our IT team diagnose upcoming issues before it's too late.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better dashboard integration should be implemented as soon as possible. Also, the reports are sometimes inconsistent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's good that we have a tool that we can use to monitor all our existing tools 24/7.
