PROS: I run marketing campaigns where each client has their own Chrome setup and extension that must run 24/7. This software allows me to store and run an infinite number of client accounts without slowing down my actual computer! Even more importantly, it gives me the peace of mind that if something should happen to my laptop, all of my clients accounts will remain safe and keep running. Even if I have to replace my laptop. Furthermore, customer support has been great!! They are attentive, friendly, and really go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need.
CONS: There is a bit of lag that gets annoying, but the customer service team has been really great about helping me minimize this.
The least favorable review
PROS: It is easy to use and to setup Virtual Machines and whatever else you might need. Actually accessing these resources is the problem.
CONS: The website is extremely bad. You will often be unable to login, preventing you from turning on your server if you are paying hourly, and requiring several trials in order to change your product configurations. The console is very unresponsive, and will take several minutes to turn a VM on or off.

PROS: I tested Paperspace for six months. The product is unusable in its current form. Paperspace virtual workstations are limited by the "remote login" software that the company produces, which is a total fail. The instances will crash for up to 60 hours at a time, and support is slow to respond, because the support team is understaffed and underqualifed (meaning that most of them are not fully trained to do their job). The graphics drivers get mismatched between their servers and your local computer due to bugs in the remote login software, which results in crashes or the software not displaying properly. For professional graphics software or rendering, this is terrible, and video games will display properly. The billing software often billed me when the workstation was crashed. The workstation will power down by accident, due to bugs in their "auto-shutdown features". If it happens during a lightmap render or some other process, you can lose hours of work time and still have to pay for it, even though Paperspace killed your project. And support can be rude. Support is always bad. But sometimes they are also rude about it.
CONS: The entire Paperspace experience is a disaster. They have great backup management, but for all features that a company would depend on, Paperspace is a fail.
