What are the best aspects of this product?

Our organization has multiple servers and PaperTrail helps us find specific logs across them with ease using simple keywords or by filtering server groups. It also helps that it servers alerts and notifications regarding actions like server logins via SSH. Moreover, the software is a boon when it comes to searching exploit attempts because it yields accurate results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software offers only a one-year retention service for log archives, which is enough for many but it would help if it offers longer retention time.
