What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform is very flexible, and that’s what I need for my business. We provide new products all the time and at first we had no idea how many contacts to expect, thankfully this software grows with our business too. You can start small and as your business grows the platform grows with you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The set up was complicated, but at the end, thanks to some demonstrations and trainings, was easy to run the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the platform as Helps Desk- Best of breed.
