Parature is a Microsoft app that helps to build knowledge, provide self-service support, and manage multi-channel interactions. The software covers three main areas: MultiChannel, Self-Service, and Knowledge Management. Parature’s multichannel customer support helps agents handle tickets, provide more personalized support and enhance customer self-service.

Parature’s multichannel features include a universal agent desktop to handle interactions coming from email, live chat, mobile, and social media. Agents can auto-generate tickets, add them to queues, delegate them to executives, escalate them, and send personalized responses.

Parature helps with issue resolution by helping you to create an internal knowledgebase for customer support agents and a self-service portal for customers. The knowledgebase enables you to create articles from scratch which can include multimedia content such as infographics and video. Executives can access common requests and utilize pre-authored information to respond to cases.

Parature’s custom-branded self-service portal allows you to make knowledgebase content available to your customers. Articles can be published to multiple locations, such as Facebook. Users can submit tickets from the portal and monitor their resolution progress. The support portal reports reveal metrics on how users are engaging with the portal.

Pros:
The product is very customizable and user-friendly, also, the implementation team is very helpful and easy to work with, and they are very accommodating. And I need to say that I like the platform’s Adhoc reporting features.

Cons:
The platform is limited with integration of other products. Also, they need to work on their support team because they are not very responsive.

Pros:
I love how the platform is flexible to our needs, we can make changes easily. Also, the Ticket/customer modules are accurate and arranged well. All the updates for administrative tools make the work much easier.

Cons:
I can see snapshot in time, but after some period the trending doesn’t exist.
