What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is very customizable and user-friendly, also, the implementation team is very helpful and easy to work with, and they are very accommodating. And I need to say that I like the platform’s Adhoc reporting features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is limited with integration of other products. Also, they need to work on their support team because they are not very responsive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform allows the users to see all issues so they can make their own request for product feature modifications. On the other hand, we could see all our strengths and weaknesses with the tools, thankfully we could easily set up escalations and increase customer notifications.
