What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how the Parature team is serious about their work and wants to help you to achieve more and more. They provide you with weekly training sessions on technical and customer service topic, they really want to include their customer in all types of user groups. Parature, helps us in building a product and invests time to achieve great results.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s more like suggestion than a dislike, they could pre-build web widgets for all management systems and blogs, and it would compete well with other services.

We use Parature for help desk.
