What are the best aspects of this product?

Parature is great CRM platform. It allows us to customize interaction with our clients, also their resources are very helpful. Even though the platform does have some limitation, it is very helpful for my company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The integration with Salesforce is little slow, maybe they don’t have many customers using this integration and that’s why we need some time to accomplish our tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Parature, we can now organize and report on client interactions more quickly. Customized reporting is great tool because gives us whole picture on what type of support our users need. Also, the platform helps us to track trends.
