What are the best aspects of this product?

Parature is a user-friendly software, and provides you with multiple choices to run your business, such as: IT, HR, etc. and for your business needs (for e.g. critical, important, etc.) The great thing is that the text box is large, so the customers may describe their issue in detail or to ask questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to manually enter my manager’s email address when needed. I want to change this, it’s time wasting to enter a mail over and over again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software to route issues for IT, or questions for HR. I get email updates and responses with resolution. Also, allows me to update the tickets.
