What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how the platform is flexible to our needs, we can make changes easily. Also, the Ticket/customer modules are accurate and arranged well. All the updates for administrative tools make the work much easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can see snapshot in time, but after some period the trending doesn’t exist.
