What are the best aspects of this product?
The Parature is a cloud based SaaS software, and this means that I can have access from any location, also I can access the account when my Pc is having problems or if I am doing some transfer from one OS to another.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Instead of removing attachments when a ticket is closed they could work on the ability to store all the attachments when the ticket is closed.
