What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Pardot's ability to customize emails and automate drip campaigns based on our prospects' interests and location. Pardot has a user-friendly interface to organize prospects and marketing communications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like a feature where I can write a brief message before sending out test emails so I can make important notes to my team about the emails going out to our prospects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to sync Pardot communications to Salesforce campaigns is a great feature our sales team uses.
