Pros:
Pardot's easy to use and their customer support reps are quick to respond, helping me learn the system better and be able to leverage the systems' capabilities further. Its collaboration with Salesforce has made the system and its benefits even stronger.

Cons:
Pardot's email feature does not offer all of the capabilities I would like to implement in email formatting and it's not always user friendly. I'd also love to see more reporting features available in the automated user reports system.

Pros:
Setting up forms for events and downloads and builiding lists (whether static or dynamic) is easy through Pardot, and its email authoring environment does not get in the way too much.

Cons:
When our Pardot prospects become leads they get sent over to our Salesforce account. Unfortunately this has caused all kinds of validation issues on the Salesforce side. We're still trying to find a solution for this issue.
