Pros: It is extremely user-friendly, automated, and implementation with Salesforce is a breeze, allowing me to focus on other marketing activities.

Cons: There is nothing much to dislike at this point.

Pros: I like its interface because it is clear, understandable and easy to use. I often use the WISIWYG feature to build emails and templates. With the latest updates the customization of the email is extremely easy and fast and it doesn’t require HTML coding at all. I like that I’m allowed to change colors of all links within the email. There you can find lot of templates you can use, they are beautiful, colorful and clean.

Cons: I would like to see better organization of the platform including folder organization. Also, the sync of CRM platform still requires manual work. Additionally, the process of building a landing pages can be complicated because it is about working a 2-inch screen and you need to scroll in order to view the page.
