What are the best aspects of this product?
The integration between Salesforce and Pardot has made it really easy to move leads to MQLs and Salesforce for conversion. Our team also likes the A/B testing features and rendering views for all platforms and devices Reporting, drip campaigns are also great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice for Pardot to offer HTML that can coded by our designer within the platform. We had issues with customer support before when we first began working with Pardot; but they have been completely responsive now.

We appreciate the seamless integration of Pardot with Salesforce, especially moving between Salesforce and Pardot, as well as our lead conversion processes at times.
