What are the best aspects of this product?
It is extremely user-friendly, automated, and implementation with Salesforce is a breeze, allowing me to focus on other marketing activities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing much to dislike at this point.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Pardot has made my life so much easier with automating lead scoring, email campaigns, lists, etc. As a result, our sales team now have a better understanding as to how our prospects are interacting with our brand and can successfully reach out at the right time with personalized messaging.
