What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this system is its interface. I can easily find the things I needed for work. I also like the personalized follow-up to customers, as well as the ability to customize a report for clients. Generally, this platform makes the process of handling administrative tasks easier. It automates work payments, payroll, etc. We don't have to manually handle the documents and enter data on the computer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the billing process takes longer than needed. Despite automating the payroll with the aid of this system, we still encounter some issues. In fact, we recently had a delay in the salary of our staff due to a problem in the payment system. But with the help of the Paychex support, we are able to resolve the concern in no time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Paychex Flex has helped us automate some of our administrative processes. Now, we are performing more than sixty percent of payroll tasks in the cloud. Automating payroll processes generally saved us a significant amount of time.
