What are the best aspects of this product?

What this program has done for me is not only save my time but allow me to spend it my own way. I really appreciated the provided tutorials because it allowed me to learn how to use this program at my own pace, and that has continued on to when I work on payroll or when I am doing employee information management. The icons are easy to view and the software itself is easy to use, and I can easily draw up information that I need. It also allows employees to administer their 401(K) on their own, which frees up a lot of time for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think my biggest issue with this program is I don't use most of its features. Our company doesn't conduct employee reviews, have a sign-in or sign-out process, we don't track personal leaves, sick leaves, or vacation leaves, and we don't use the feature for time and attendance. It wouldn't be so bad, but we are paying for these features when we really don't have a use for it. I also have an issue with how difficult and detailed the benefits administration feature of this tool is. We've now ended up not using it as well. The user interface could also use some improvement. It's really inconvenient when I have to scroll all the way back to the top just so I can click on the "Save" icon. The interface also doesn't seem very intuitive when I use it with multiple companies. Rather than going to the next employee, what happens when I press the down button is I end up being sent to another company I am also handling. I also think that accounting integration should be better. Currently, I have to manually enter my GL bi-weekly and it really takes up time I could be spending for something else. There was also a bit of a challenge getting used to the new interface, but I think that's more on my end than with the actual software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One thing that has really been appreciated by employees in our company is the fact that they have control over the management of their 401(K) plans. They can even do it on their own personal and mobile devices, which I admit is really convenient.
