What are the best aspects of this product?

Paychex helps me become more efficient and effective in performing my tasks. All the information I needed is now neatly organized, all accessible, in one platform. Their customer support is also beyond amazing! Reachable and always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm looking forward to a feature where I can download reports in Excel format, and a better COBRA administration platform. I think these are all possible. Paychex never disappoints, since my previous issues about the software were quickly resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time and Attendance is now working perfectly with the app, and this update improved our system. I love how it makes everything more convenient for me and our employees. They can now do a lot of things using Paychex, including clocking in and out using their phones and enrolling their benefits.
