What are the best aspects of this product?

Their smart and dedicated customer support team is always available to resolve issues and assist you to improve your user experience. The program also continuously gets updated and improved!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Navigating through the org chart is quite not easy. I hope they could improve it. I also hope they would add a feature where we can add videos from mobile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves us a lot of time during on-boarding because the process is already streamlined. Recruitment became easier, too. Paylocity is also super helpful to us during the COVID-19 pandemic because they updated it to adapt to a work-from-home setup to make sure that we are still compliant with the protocols.
