PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great tool and that is why we have been around for many years. It helps you to slowly implement its functions into your business. For our case, we started by bringing in the payroll functionality before we added the HR and WebTime sections. All this has allowed us to become better with the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite all the payroll solutions the product brings, I still have a problem with the inconsistency of the dedicated account managers. They never stay and that is a problem on my part. Although there are no issues I have experienced with any of them, it would be better if I could work with a single one for a long period.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The WebTime feature allows us to automatically login hours worked for our employees. Previously, such a solution was not available on our end. The payroll feature is user friendly and one can manage all the payroll services and tasks for employees. As for the reporting features, the tool executes this role in the best way possible.
