What are the best aspects of this product?
Paymo really delivers on its promise to help you manage your projects. I try to maximize its features and so far, I really appreciate how thorough it is when it comes to organizing my database. Teamwork has really improved too, owing to its capacity for sending voice messages.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It really needs to work on the updates that it provides its users during (and not just after) a certain project. Personally, I don’t find it very reliable in terms of giving me insight on my expenditure. It’s quite lacking in this department.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Overall, Paymo is a great tool to track projects on a team setting as well as individually. I’ve had fun customizing the discussion boards, plus expenditure tracking is pretty flexible with this tool too.
