What are the best aspects of this product?
For us, Paymo was a revolution! We used to make Excel sheets for each client's work, and it took us plenty of logging time. Manual work is now part of our past, since time is automatically tracked for each client. Time sheets and invoices are simple,which is exactly what our users always expected. It's easier to pay a bill you understand isn't it?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Frankly, almost nothing. And I say 'almost' just because I wish someone created something lik this for our company in particular! Let's say that we would like direct support for our selling methods (pre-paid support, or developing hours), but the software is awesome even without it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest problem we solved is tracking engineers time, and billing accordingly.
