I love the fact that it allows me to track numerous projects and clients. It has well-designed and organized interface that allows you to focus on your work. If you have limited budget for administration and accounting for your business then this tool offers what you need. It is a great tool for tracking total hours annually. Its support team is responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could raise the minimum of the free projects to 5.
