What are the best aspects of this product?
There are great things you can do with Paymo, but first of all, I like its price and support. Its customer service is one of the best, they are always friendly and responsive. Its development team constantly releases new updates so they can improve the experience. After each update they offer small tutorial so you can better understand its new features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could allow me to re-organize the dashboard and/or to remove some elements from it that don’t serve my needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is helpful tool for tracking time, I love using it on my desktop.
