I love Paymo

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a freelancer, tracking time and tasks for customers is very important. I tried other tools and they were full with bugs or their customer service wasn’t responsive at all, so I kept searching for a tool that would meet my needs. Paymo is clear and straightforward tool that allows you to track time and there are no delays when it comes to tracking tasks or when managing tasks. I like that this time-tracking software is fast and it provides simple workflow, there is no need for lot of features and to spend lot of time while working with this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found reoccurring tasks.
