No software can hold a candle to Paymo!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's pitch-perfect for freelancers! My company is small, which doesn't mean we don't have tons of timesheets and payments to deal with! We run projects just fine, and customers seem to appreciate the progress and the ease of dealing with their payments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the interface is a bit clunky, I would improve many of the project management features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Mostly estimates, payments, and invoices
