What are the best aspects of this product?

I have tried other platforms like planbox, producteev and others, but Paymo does the job! It offers great set of features, it is more affordable than other platforms and it provides great customer service. The app is intuitive, quick, it offers time tracking per task and unattended time tracking within desktop app. I like that they are always open to new ideas and suggestions. In my experience, this is one of the best tool for project management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see what other members are currently work on. Also, they could improve the activity stream and notification system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offers project management list of tasks that you need to do during the whole day, it keeps track of my productivity.
