What are the best aspects of this product?
This desktop app tracks time entries and it allows me to filter and allocate the results. Also, I like the invoicing and CRM pieces of the online website. It is amazing tool. I used Chrometa before trying this one but I have to say that I’m much more pleased with this tool. The UI is well organized and it works fast, and I don’t need to spend lot of time for searching functions. Its support team is responsive and quick, they are always willing to help and to guide me whenever I feel lost.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could include extra level of reporting, I’d like to impress my clients with the amount of work I’m doing by including lists and charts so I can show them the work I’ve accomplished. The invoices are basic and they work fine.

When you have lot of projects, Paymo is right choice for you. It makes you feel like you have a bookkeeper that watch over your shoulder. It allows you to create filters and to take care of the billing in less time. It helps you to be more focused on doing your tasks.
