What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Paymo at our office, and I like that it allows us to track our invoices and billing from one place. This is one of the best tool we have ever used in our company. We look forward to present this tool to other teams and staff. It doesn’t require much time for entering the information. The support tea is great, they are helpful and quick to solve any kind of issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of our employees cannot learn how to use this software. Also, there is no way to customize the dashboard according to our needs. Additionally, it costs more if you want to add users to the program instead of setting amount. It would be great if they could create a space within the app where we can interact with other members so we can know about their progress and performance about specific task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of recurring expenses, invoices, billing, project and clients. It helps us to be more organized. I like that we have all tasks in one place and to keep track of them at any time.
