What are the best aspects of this product?

If you are looking for a payment processor that is easy to use and has superior customer service, PayPal payments should be your first choice. Anytime there may be a customer service issue, they easily resolve it for you. Payments are easily made through my website. It's as if I am advertising my products or services even on a 3rd party website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't anything I dislike. I love its ease of use and the excellent customer service it provides to me as a user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to accept payments easily from customers all over the world without having to pay hefty fees to other payment processors out there. I am also able to integrate PayPal buttons directly on my website with a simple HTML code. I can create invoices as well which are sent directly to the customer automatically after payment is made by them. It is simply an incredible tool for any business to have.
