What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to check my company's incoming and outgoing payments on a daily basis. With PayPal, I was able to set up a custom template for what information I want to pull. This makes it easy for me to make this everyday task a quick one while I use other similar reporting sites that are not so easy to navigate. We also can used card swipers to charge people onsite at events and their payments are very quickly reflected online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to be able to see a more detailed name for what the transaction was made for. Right now I have to guess which account the credit/debit came from based on any payable items I have open at the time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a lot of people who make payments onsite at events and we can use the service to charge them onsite. This is helpful because most of our clients are familiar with PayPal in their personal lives and are not hesitant to pay with their cards. Also, I am able to verify and balance our online payment details on a basic level before sending them to finance to confirm those transactions.
