One of the best things about using PayPal is the ability to receive and send payments to your clients from any part of the world quickly with so much ease. It is also very effective for e-commerce businesses and convenient for clients. With PayPal as the payment gateway, your clients do not have to create a PayPal account. They can already use their cards to make payments as guests. On top of that, the system provides several ways to withdraw the money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think some of PayPal policies are too much to the point that it causes inconveniences and delays transactions. For instance, if you receive a certain amount of money higher than what you usually get, PayPal can suspend your account. I think if there’s something that the service provider should change, this is it. Although I understand that they do this for security purposes, perhaps they can find better ways to keep a high security without compromising the experience of the end users.

PayPal has been a great help in starting and growing my eCommerce business. I am able to make sales worldwide and accept payments with ease.
