Easy way to bill and pay, no matter where you are

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things to like about PayPal. One is the ability to bill and pay, no matter where you are. And if someone does not have a PayPal account, they can quickly set up one OR just pay with a credit card without setting up an account. We also have the PayPal swipe device set up at all our events! It's a super fast card reader and competitive rates with all the other mobile swipes and it goes right in to our PayPal business account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The initial setup for a business account can be a tad confusing, especially when you creating your merchant account with PayPal and linking it to your business account. Also, the overall navigation could be mapped out a tad better. Sometimes it's hard for me to navigate back to your main dashboard as you have left PayPal business and entered into your merchant account area.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provided us a solution so we can bill customers even if we do not have a store front. We even get to bill at events, on our website and virtually anywhere we have access to a computer, phone, or tablet with an internet connection.
