Great solution for the charging and invoicing needs of individuals and small businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

PayPal is great for people and small businesses that need a way to invoice and charge customers for services digitally. Thye can create multiple invoices and/or even send them to more than one personIn addition, they can update offline payments. At the same time, it sends reminders to clients and automatically sends receipts as well when PayPal is used to purchase something via online or with card.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The charging fee is a bit of a bummer. It does not also provide a shareable link option without having to actually email the invoice. Also, no adjustments can be made without sending an update, nor automated reminders are sent in case of unpaid or partially paid invoices. I also wish templates would automatically adjust dates and text in terms and conditions based on the month or set a criteria.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it as a way to send invoices and charge clients for services. It's not only easy and convenient, but it's also a trusted source for transactions, which is great for those that are iffy about online payments. The invoicing option is great and cuts out the need for receipts or manually create invoices for records. Copies of the invoices created, sent and paid are all on record.
