Painful 3 Week Process

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's what GiveWP integrates with, that's all I can say is good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of getting setup is a nightmare!!
1. I tried to setup the account online, but ran into technical issue with paying the $35
2. Called support to setup the account instead and she said she submitted it, but after waiting 5 days, I called back and found out she hadn't and didn't know what she was doing
3. A second support person said she submitted the application and I could login to see when it was approved./ She said about 24 hours..
4. It's now been 2 weeks and it still says pending. When I email the support person she said she submitted a a ticket and then said it's been approved, but it still says pending in my account and I cannot process donations.
5. When I call support to ask what's going on, I get bounced around and *no one* knows what's going on. I get told they will create another ticket, but that didn't work in the past.

I am just fed up!!! I have a donation page on my website that cannot accept donations for over a month now. How can it actually be this hard to upgrade from PayPal Business to PayPal Pro?!

If you have the option, opt for Stripe instead. I can only imagine it's way better than this.
